Contact the Crook County Kids Club or click here for the application. An application must be filed for each child attending the program at or prior to their first attendance. Turn in the application with associated payment in person to the Kids Club at Cecil Sly Elementary, 1200 SE 2nd St. Prineville, OR 97754. Please allow 10 minutes to go through an orientation before your child can attend.

Kids Club or ICE Membership--Includes afterschool programming throughout the school year.
Yearly rate: $275 per child (averages approx. $1.50/day). Maximum of $550 per family.
Monthly rate: $40 per child (averages approx. $2.00/day).
Daily rate: $4 per child
Membership runs September through June and covers club attendance from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Payment plans and some scholarships are available, contact the Kids Club staff.

Kids Club Camp--Full day (7:00 am - 6:00 pm) activities on non-school weekdays (in-service, conference days, breaks, etc.) throughout the school year: $15 per child per day or $8 per 1/2 day. Maximum of $30 per family per day. Discounted prices available for longer periods (summer, spring break, etc.)

Kids Club Cab--Transportation to and from activities and programs around town (dance, Parks and Rec. activities, music lessons, etc.) $2 per trip for club members, $5 per trip for non-members.
